‘Good morning Tonya, Just a note to say thanks for a great day cooking in your kitchen on the 29th. We learnt a great deal and really enjoyed the conversation and banter with our classmates. You mentioned on the day that you sell the pasta making machine directly. Can you please provide me with a price as our sons are looking for a combined Xmas gift for us…Geoff and Robyn Binns’, Melbourne 8th December 2015.

Thanks Tonya, Kerry and I had a great day and I can’t wait to try out all the things we have learned. It was a lot of fun meeting and cooking with everyone else as well! The ravioli is on the menu for tonight’s dinner with the Porterhouse cooked the new way! Maybe the Crostata as well, see how I go! Thanks again – Andrew and Kerry K’from Brisbane, 14th March 2015.

Hi Tonya, Thank you for the wonderful day of Italian cooking yesterday. I honestly had the best day and learnt a lot from you, which I will use forever. I hope you will see me again in the future for another one of your classes. I have a very full life, but the one thing I love is cooking or baking to relax, reflect and to treat others. Thank you for the many photos, it’s been great to share them with others. Thanking you, Sam S‘. Ballarat, 3 March, 2015

Hello Tonya, just wanted to say thank you and let you know how much I enjoyed my day at ‘Cooking on the Bay’ and now putting into practice my new skills. This being the time of the year for catching up with friends and family I have been busy cooking and impressing them with new recipes. They have been very complimentary of the ricotta and spinach ravioli, home made now, and the Tagliata di Manzo which looks so great when bringing it to the table. Now reading my recipe books for more recipes. The cuttings from the Vietnamese mint have taken very well and the vanilla bean paste has improved the flavour of my shortbread…. Very best wishes, Valerie G.’  20 November 2014
